A celebration of wood crafters, artisans and very talented people!
I’ll be chainsaw carving (if I stop yarning with the public) at this the 3rd Tree Fair in Strumpshaw, there will also be a variety of Norfolk artisans celebrating all things made from wood. There will be many activities, workshops, food and entertainment throughout the day for all ages and entry to the tree fair for children is free.
Strumpshaw Tree Fair provides a different offering to the fair and festival season. From the 21st to the 22nd July we’re going to be transforming the grounds of the Strumpshaw Steam Museum to give you a trip back to the Albion tree fairs of old, but with a Norfolk twist.
I will have a variety of chainsaw carvings on display for sale and will also be taking orders and commissions on the day.
Opening times: 10 am to 5 pm
if you only go to one event this year make it the Strumpshaw Tree Fair you won’t be disappointed. Set in the grounds of the wonderful Strumpshaw Steam museum among the grass and trees there is an atmosphere of fund and wonderment. Artisans form all over the country attend with their wares on display and many are demonstrating how they create their artwork where you will be welcomed to stop and watch.
Plenty of food for all tastes including vegan and gluten free.
